Panic Attacks
Symptoms of panic attack include some but not all of the following: - Palpitations, pounding heart or accelerated heart rate
- Sweating
- Trembling or shaking
- Feeling as if you can’t catch your breath or hyperventilating
- Feeling as if you are choking
- Nausea or abdominal distress
- Feeling dizzy, faint or lightheaded
- Feeling as if your surroundings aren’t real, or feeling detached from your surroundings
- Fear of losing control or going “crazy”
- Fear that you are going to die
- Having chills or hot flashes
- Fear of having another panic attack
